General Terms & Important Information for Your Booking

√ Lift passes are not included in the prices.

√ If a group becomes smaller than 4 participants, we reserve the right to merge groups or shorten the number of lesson hours.

√ Due to our flexible organization, it is possible that the instructor may change several times.

√ We accept no liability for accidents that occur during, before, or after ski lessons. Accident and liability insurance are the responsibility of the participants.

√ Unused lesson cards will not be refunded, except in case of illness with a medical certificate.

√ Refunds due to injury or illness are only possible with a medical certificate. Only unused days (price difference according to the price list) will be refunded.

Is a free cancellation possible?

We kindly ask for your understanding that free cancellations are not possible.
In case of a cancellation without a valid reason, a 30% fee of the total amount per reservation will be charged. A free cancellation is only possible upon presentation of a medical certificate (e.g. accident or illness). In such cases, a full refund or credit will of course be issued. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which also covers course fees in case of illness.

√ Lessons that are cancelled due to weather conditions (force majeure) will not be compensated.

√ Private lessons take place in all weather conditions.

√ Lesson cards are non-transferable. Unused lesson days will expire.

√  Payment methods:
Online bookings: Mastercard, Visa, EC-Maestro, Ideal
Ticket sales in the ski school office: Cash (€), EC, Mastercard, and Visa

√ In case of contagious diseases or symptoms of Covid-19, participation in the course is excluded.

√ These terms and conditions apply to all services and deliveries of the ski school resulting from online bookings, ticket sales at the ski school office, or other online services.

√ The use of ski lifts is not included in the course price. The ski school does not provide compensation for lesson time lost due to lift or cable car breakdowns.

Photo & Video Material
During course times, ski races, or award ceremonies, photos and videos may be taken by the ski school. These may be used for promotional purposes (e.g. brochures, website, social media). I agree that this material may be used for such purposes.

Content of the Online Offer
The ski school (hereinafter referred to as the "author") assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, correctness, completeness, or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author that refer to damages of a material or non-material nature caused by the use or non-use of the information provided, or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information, are generally excluded, unless there is proven intentional or grossly negligent fault on the part of the author.

All offers are non-binding and subject to change. The author expressly reserves the right to modify, supplement, delete, or temporarily or permanently discontinue parts of the site or the entire offer without prior notice.
